of mythological pages that I ran accross while doing research for
my writings, and/or stumbled accross as a matter of simple luck.
General
- The
Kitsune Page: a resource
website for those wishing to explore kitsune myth and
other legends and information concerning foxes. Contains
a wealth of information.
- Foxtrot's
Research on Kitsune Lore: An
extrodinary collection of kitsune lore. It is an
organized list of kitsune lore, a bit of culture, and
some theories on the background and reasons for many of
the kitsune myths and legends.
Kitsune
Coyote in the Orient: A page by
Watts Martin that contains vast amounts of information on
my favourite anthropormorphic being.

Mythology: A massive on-line
resourse for all kinds of mythological stories, people,
and beings. Contains a lot of the classical greek.

creatures reside! A great place to look up beasties to
populate fantasy stroies and works of that kind.
- Glossary
of Mythical Creatures: This
Glossary has a fairly good overview for the variety of
mythical creatures out there. It has pictures,
descriptions, and some of the origin of many creatures
out of the legends. Also seperate sections for dragon,
dragon lore, and other goodies.
- Medok:
The Epic Strategic Fantasy Campaign
Rule Compendium Summary. Useful for mechanical ideas, and
general behaviour.
- Medieval
European History: Actual facts
about living in the Medieval & Renaissance Europe
Europe. 200+ links.
- The alchemy web
site and virtual library: A
resourse listing different, and real, alchemical terms,
ingredients, and porcesses. A great guide to the early
stages of modern chemestry.
- Culminus
Rite: Within this site you will
find incantations and rites from the book "Culminus
Rite" by E. V. LaCrance. Such includes love spells,
strength and beauty, ect.
- ORB: The On-Line Reference Book for Medieval
Studies. ORB is an academic site, written and maintained
by medieval scholars for the benefit of their fellow
instructors and serious students.
Necromancy (Hey, I did a ton of
research for a story on this topic! Stop looking at me like
that!):
- Who
Were the Necromancers?: A
summery of the facts that spawned the myths. Gives
factual evidence on this ancient, and multi-cultural
practice.
- Necromancy
Spells: The following spells
are the result of experimental animation, and have
evolved rather than having been designed. The individual
spells are more recipies that are being progressively
refined than hard and fast rules and rituals. Sorry, no
real specifics involved here!

page adding supplemental spells to the African
Necromancer.
- Al
Azif - Necronomicon: Ye Book of
Ye Arab, Abdul Alhazred, 730 at Damascus. A compliation
of sections from the infamous book of the dead. Note:
This is only a literary/imaginary/artistic project around
the writings of H.P.Lovecraft.
- Old One's
Sanctuary: Rituals, rites, and
general information on the Great Old ones, HP Lovecraft,
Astral Projection, the Necronomicon, and other occult
matters. Also has a chat room.
