This story was written at a time when he was planning on closing up the original Barken site that was at http://home.it.net.au/~raphiel/barken. There was no plan at the time to open the story archive anywhere else. Although it is not totally in the accepted line of the world of Barken, TX it can not reasonably be excluded from the list of stories available for the world.

     It is best to think of this story as being in an alternate time tine than the normal one. To this end I will be writing a story to cover this course of events and to enable anyone wishing to write stories in the future of Barken, TX the ability to write them without affecting the flow of the stories.
